King's Day 2024
On King's Day, King Willem-Alexander and his family, together with other members of the Royal Family, visit a place in the Netherlands. The Royal Family participates in the celebration, during which the city and surrounding areas can present themselves in a festive and characteristic way. Orange is the color of the Netherlands and almost everyone is wearing something in that color that day, the Netherlands is Orange on that day.
From 2014 onwards, King's Day will be celebrated on April 27, the birthday of King Willem-Alexander.
